Lincoln Restaurant

Manders collaborated with PRG Hospitality to make a few improvements to their trendy, Lincoln-inspired restaurant located at 1110 Vermont Ave, NW. The kitchen renovations included ceiling grid/tile replacement, installing new stainless steel wall panels, and repairing/re-grouting the floor. We repaired and refinished the hardwood floor in the main dining room by sanding, staining, and sealing it back to a natural finish. At the bar, we repaired and repainted the drywall ceiling then re-grouted the floor. We completed the project by repainting the decorative red entry door using an HPLV (High-Pressure Low Volume) spray gun to re-create a factory-like finish.
