Manders Companies is proud to share the completion of a full apartment renovation at Asbury Methodist Village in Gaithersburg.

This project required a comprehensive, start-to-finish approach. Our team executed a full interior demolition, removing existing flooring, lighting, appliances, bathroom fixtures, cabinetry, closets, doors, and plumbing components to prepare the space for a complete transformation.

From there, we delivered a full-scale installation, including new cabinetry, appliances, vanities, countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, tilework, shower systems, grab bars, hardware, and updated plumbing fixtures. Every element was installed with a focus on durability, safety, and long-term performance.

To complete the renovation, our team performed detailed drywall repairs and applied a full paint finish—bringing cohesion, brightness, and a renewed sense of quality to the space.
