This six-level parking structure is part of the seven-story, 54,000 SF Kenwood Building in Bethesda, Maryland. Manders power washed all surfaces to be painted on six levels. Then we primed and painted all ceilings, walls, columns, doors, frames, railings, and sprinkler pipes. Once the painting was complete, we applied wayfinding graphics and column banding throughout.
