The upscale lobby of this luxury apartment building, adorned with an original Chihuly sculpture, required repairs to the ceiling after a water leak from the floors above. Manders carefully worked around the sculpture to repair, prime, and repaint the ceiling without compromising the integrity of the glass art piece.
