Manders painted the rooftop support system of a two-story, 17,800 square foot office building located in Rockville, Maryland. The project included media-blasting the I-beams and railings using crushed recycled glass to remove debris and prepare the surfaces for painting. The rusted areas were treated to transform and halt the corrosion process, enabling the surfaces to accept a topcoat. A high gloss enamel finish brought the project to completion.
