Sales Executive/Project Manager - Commercial Painting

Job Description

Responsible for performing takeoffs and developing estimates, writing contracts, prospecting leads with customers/contractors, developing project schedules and costing, and managing multiple projects to completion simultaneously. Ideal candidates will be strong in both sales and project management, and able to bid/run projects up to $1M. Knowledge of the construction service industry is beneficial.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management or relevant experience required.
