Job Description

Prepare accurate painting takeoffs for commercial painting projects, and write estimate proposals that include the work scope along with pertinent clarifications and exclusions related to the bid. Requires excellent numerical skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage relationships with key personnel and clients.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of estimating experience required
• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction plans
• Experience using estimating software
